[android] No lockscreen controls, if "hide sensitive notifications" on

Has been reported several times across the net to no avail:

This means you cannot easily pause/stop/next fb2k after the lockscreen kicked in.

Solution: A setting that allows you to choose whether the perma-notification is "sensitive", or not.
Possibly a setting that defines what to display, i.e. a pause/stop at the very least so you don't fumble around when you need it to stop ad hoc.
