Quickly remove all playlists except 3 that I want to keep.

I don't understand why the playlist files are created with such a weird naming, I see the files and get things like this: playlist-853FEE5D-F7BB-4F2A-867A-5A96672A8DF2.fplite

Rant on the side, I need to delete all the playlists except 3 of them. Playlist manager for some reason doesn't like mass deletion, so selecting many and [delete] doesn't do anything; the only way is to go one by one or in little groups like 3.

Any component fixing this behaviour?
