CUETools 2.2.2 starts as a closed window and won't run

When I start CUETools, it creates a closed icon on the task bar.
double clicking to open it does nothing.
Other CUETools applications such as CUERipper 2.2.2 open correctly.
I tried CUETools 2.1.9 and a reinstall of 2.2.2 with the same results.
(It was working!)

Any ideas?

So this was working before "as is". It didn't stop working after an upgrade.
I'd start by renaming the 'CUE Tools' settings folder. This will force CUETools to create a new one with default settings when it starts.
The folder is located in %appdata% (or the CUETools program folder if running portable).

I renamed the CUE Tools folder in the %appData%/local folder. Didn't touch the Roaming one...
CUETools still opened as before. Was able to right click and select Maximise which caused it to open the main window.
Now when I run it, the window opens as it used to... makes no sense!

Using the RUN command box (Windows Key + R)
%appdata% will open .\AppData\Roaming
%localappdata% points to .\AppData\Local
I guess I should've been more specific but you got it working again regardless
