[fb2k API] `playlist_execute_default_action()` ignores playlist index

It seems that playlist_manager::get()->playlist_execute_default_action() ignores the playlist index argument altogether and uses active playlist instead

Tested on fb2k v1.6.2.

Bad behavior confirmed, thanks for reporting.
