General way to get pqf prototype

Hi.

Assume we have M channel uniform cosine-modulated  synthesis filterbank, but  we do not known fir coefficients. We can send any signal in to the input and can see the output. Is the way to get filterbank prototype? Analyzing impulse response for example.
