Playback fading is screwed up in new version of foobar

My settings:
Pause and stop: fade in: 1000 ms, fade out: 1000 ms
Seek: fade in: 1000 ms, fade out: 1000 ms
Manual track change: fade in: 0 ms, fade out: 1000 ms

In this newest version of foobar it doesn't matter what "Manual track change" settings are set. Foobar acts like they are the same as "Seek" settings. I hope this gets fixed.

On the plus side foobar now fades the playback when quitting the app. That wasn't always the case before.

Am I on the right place to report this? I want to report this as a bug which it is.
