Radio Streams - does FB2K handle streams ?

I live super close to my local college station KALX but the topography kills any radio signal here. I know I can use VLC but the quality is terrible compared to Foobar.  They even have a AAC 320k stream but it isnt any better than the mp3. Maybe all radio streams fall short of the quality I have come to expect to hear. Suggestions taken gladly, danke.

Just open up the .m3u file in foobar.

I can't imagine you'll perceive a difference in quality vs. VLC unless you've got something drastically misconfigured, though.

Actually it isn't really difficult for average users to use VLC incorrectly. One of my friends thought VLC had bad audio quality and my dad also complained once.
When I checked what was going on it seemed that they didn't know going over 100% volume was causing the audio to sound bad...
It boggles my mind why the developers made it like that by default.
