Watching Vids

I found Foo_Video and installed it but get no video playing or even any sort of pop up, also could not get a panel to show the plug in.

Anyway to watch videos from your own files/library?

Foo_video is no longer supported.  You need foo_youtube available at https://fy.3dyd.com/home/.  The site has the download and all the info you will need to install  and use it.  After installing go into the Youtube source settings under Decoding and be sure "Process only tracks played by the component" is unchecked.  You will also need to download the LAV filters which can be found at https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters.  Also, I believe your videos will need to be in MP4 format.  Good Luck.

Why not just install the Run Services plugin, set up a service property pointing "%_path%" to an installed video player like MPC-HC or VLC, and assign it a shortcut key within Foobar's prefs.  Then just selecting the video and hitting the assigned hotkey will play it, the format only limited by what the chosen video player supports.

Ok got run installed, where/how do I point it to my vlc player? How do I display the link or whatever it is in FB2K?
