Add custom tool to menu and pass selection

Maybe a n00b question, but I couldn't find any feature or component that allows me to add Picard tagger (or any other tool really, say Audacity or mp3split) to start it directly from the foobar2k with currently selected song(s).

Custom buttons for example can refer to internal actions but not external executable.

DId I miss something ?

^ Yep (posting at same time)

Try foo_run (Run Services) - launches through context menu for selected tracks.

Or foo_scheduler (Scheduler) - launches through main menu at any time / event without needing to select tracks.

Cheers

dunno about foo_scheduler, but entries created for foo_run you can then reference when customizing the button toolbar where you can also specify to what the action should apply .
