customize currently-playing pop-up?

Haven't found a way how to, is it possible? (one which appears when you press "play\pause" mediakey). That's a foobar ui element, right? cuz it doesn't appear for any other media player I tried (tried at least 5+). attached screenshot

I'd like to put foobar volume level there, not the system one (which is always 100% for me), remove buttons and make it fit size of the text to not be bigger (it's pretty big)

It's not a foobar thing. Google "Windows 10 Media Volume Control Pop-up".
