Stream to Android device on local LAN

Looking for some guidance here. I had this set up before on my old phone, but can't seem to get this to work now.

I have a Foobar2000 running on a computer on my network.  I can access and control the server from my Android phone when it is connected to my wifi, using Foobar200con.  Works fine.  But I used to be able to use Foobar2000 on my Android and stream the music to my device as well.  For some reason I can't get it to work.  I am not sure if I am just missing how to correctly enter the server info.

If I try to add a folder location via ip, (http://10.1.0.44:8888) I get the toast message that says Appears to be accessible but empty.

I know I am missing something simple, but just can't figure it out.

Can anyone shed some light?

Thanks in advance.

Your post is a bit confusing in terms of what you are trying to accomplish exactly.

Do you want to access and listen to your music library (located on your PC), with your Android phone as the playback device? Then:
 - Install foo_upnp on your PC: https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_upnp
 - Install the foobar mobile client on your Android (or any other app that supports UPNP/DLNA streaming): http://mobile.foobar2000.com

Do you only want control what is played on your PC, using your Android device as a controller?
 - Install something like foobarcon on both your PC and android device (or the various other controller apps from the Play Store)

Sorry for the confusion.  That is EXACTLY what I was looking for.  I was missing the component.

Thank you so much!!
