Forum down time

The forum is going down temporarily, as we migrate the web server from Nginx to Caddy. Hopefully, this will also afford us a lot of extra configuration that can deal with some of the issues we were having since July that only just seemed to have let up.

E: And we're back.

We all take so much for granted, so I’d like to say thanks for all your work to keep this forum (and wiki) going!
