ASIO

hy,
i have mucicbee and foobar both configured to play over usb asio external dac

when I play songs in both players at the same time the two are heard


I don't understand how this happens if this is supposed to be bitperfect and exclusive

ASIO doesn't mean exclusive. The behavior is up to driver implementation. Bit-perfect means the audio won't be altered before it reaches the audio device. The device is then free to do what it wants. For example analog playback causes the DAC to resample the signal and digital output will pass the data as is.

very thanks, the two programs are sending the flac files untouched and the dac are mixing them maybe?
