Matching iVolume Sound Check Values to Apple Music Target Loudness

Years ago, I used ReplayGain to normalize all my mp3/AAC files to 89db as was the recommended level at the time. I finally took the plunge into streaming with Apple Music and even with Sound Check turned on, all my previous normalized library songs sound significantly quieter than new Apple Music files. I want to use iVolume to manually adjust the Sound Check values in my old library to match whatever loudness normalization Apple is doing with their Apple Music tracks.

From my research it appears that they are reducing to -16LUFS. What would an approximate iVolume setting (ie. 89, 90, 91, 92 db) be to match -16LUFS?

Thanks.

Wait, you normalized your files, as in, you applied the new values and re-encoded the files to be quieter, OR did you just calculated and wrote ReplayGain tags to files?
