Issue parsing cue sheets with multiple quotation marks

When a cuesheet track title contains double quotes, it breaks the parsing.

Code: [Select]
  TRACK 13 AUDIO
TITLE "Prelude & Fugue "Dorian" BWV 538"
    PERFORMER "Simon Preston"
    REM GENRE "Classical"
    REM DATE 2000
    INDEX 00 42:27:43
    INDEX 01 42:32:63

This causes the following error:

Code: [Select]
Unable to open item for playback (Error parsing cuesheet: invalid TITLE syntax (line 84))

This might be expected behaviour due to a badly created cuesheet - But it would be technically possible for Foobar to handle this.

Replace the double quotes inside the title with single quotes, possibly pairs of them if you prefer that look.

Yeah I have done this now, but it seems like it would be pretty straightforward to handle it in Foobar too.

Actually support for these double quotes has been added for a future version.
