Control foobar from Taskbar? (Windows 10)

Hi guys, new user here!  :)

I just downloaded foobar2000 a couple days ago, installed a theme and so far I'm really happy with it, but I have one thing that's kind of bothering me that it's missing; foobar being controlled by hovering the mouse over the icon on the taskbar.

Here's an example for the default music program in windows 10:

Is there a way to do so with foobar too? Thanks in advance!

Maybe, you're interested in "foobar Deskband control."

Here is the link to it.

Thanks for the reply! Could you guide me where to look? I'm kinda lost in all these pages and they don't seem to be focusing on the Taskbar... I am not very experienced with the program either so I don't want to mess with it or download stuff I can't undo. Thank you...

1. Right click on downloaded .zip file and press Properties
2. On General tab check Unblock and press OK
3. Extract .zip archive
4. Run "Register Deskband.cmd" with administrator(right click -> Run as Administrator)
5. Right click on taskbar, go to Toolbars tab and check Deskband Controls
6. Run and install "Deskband Controls.fb2k-component"
7. Enjoy

Deskband Controls doesn't do what the OP is looking for...

And to the OP, are you using a DUI theme? because I'm using the Columns UI interface and this is how my taskbar preview looks.  (see attached pic)
But running with the Default User Interface or themes based on the DUI, I don't have the buttons...

So it looks like Columns UI provides the buttons.
There's also the Windows 7 Shell Integration (also works on Win10) component for both interface types which makes the taskbar thumbnail show buttons for DUI too, plus the cover of the playing song (if that cover is present) but the site seems down atm. http://wintense.com/plugins/foo_w7shell

You can however read up through archive.org although the download link still goes to wintense so that route is currently dead. Maybe someone knows an alternative link
