Global Hotkeys disabling Other Hotkeys

So, while playing Team Fortress 2, I like to have Foobar running and playing a playlist. I recently bound F8 to Start/Pause, which is bound to a script that lets other players listen. However, the bind in Team Fortress 2 is disabled. Help?

But I want it to start/stop when I press F8, so people hear it as soon as I start it.,

Then use another combination that doesn't interfere with other programs.
