uStringPrintf, uPrintf, uPrintfV deprecated - in favour of what?

Simple question; uStringPrintf, uPrintf and uPrintfV are marked as #pragma deprecated - is there anything in the SDK to replace them?

They are deprecated in favor of the pfc::string_formatter and related formatter classes, which all use a syntax similar to stringstream, except you'll be using template functions like pfc::format_int or format_float to format numbers.

I wonder why console::printf isn't deprecated?
