Samples for a new multiformat public test

It will be useful if people will submit a samples for the upcoming public listening test.

Only one condition. It should not target one particular codec but rather be an interesting  sample to test.

I would be interested in seeing samples targeted as problem clips for particular codecs as long as they were indicated as such.

Attached is an electronic music test clip from Chipzel's Courtesy.

I'd like to see a french woman singer in the test. That's why I recommend this track:
lame3995o -Q1.7 --lowpass 17

I don't know if those qualify as interesting samples to test. But they are interesting to me.

Great samples! Of course they qualify.

That's an interesting sound, but could you please confirm that the sample came directly from lossless sources, rather than to encode to flac from lossy source?

Interesting piano sample with pure natural sound and reverb.

Yes, I can confirm that came from a lossless FLAC source.  I loved it so much when I was playing Super Hexagon that I bought the EP from Chipzel.  For 1GBP it can be yours too:  http://chipzelmusic.bandcamp.com/album/super-hexagon-ep

Another my finding for the last time. Sample for testing high frequencies encoding, that audibly affect sharpness of acoustic guitar
sounding.
This is only one sample which helped me to ABX 16 kHz low-pass.

Guys, please submit a lot of new samples.

We considering to renew a data base of test samples.

So you're just looking for interesting sounds, nothing really particular?
I have a track with some interesting male vocals here.

Interesting in a context of testing lossy encoders.

There are lots of samples I would find interesting for the test, most of them lean a bit much towards the "killer" side though, so I don't know how useful they are. An attempt of a rough preselection:

More conventional:

[attachment=7735:Club_27__Sample_.flac] (Agressive Rock with loud Hi-Hats/Cymbals)
[attachment=7737:Blender_...ample_2_.flac] (Mix of densely produced guitar, bass and busy drums)
[attachment=7738:Eye_To_E..._Sample_.flac] (Synth lead with lots of delay and distortion, not uncommon for EDM)
Girl In The Fire (Acoustic guitar)

Very aggressive/unusual:

[attachment=7739:I-E-A-I-..._Sample_.flac] (Tight drum rythm with fast Hi-Hats followed by very aggressive metal chords)
[attachment=7741:Reloaded...ample_2_.flac] (Sharp and noisy synthesizer)
[attachment=7740:Last_Of_..._Sample_.flac] (Hard to describe, it's mainly about the attacks that the kick creates together with the synthesized sounds)

Some samples for modern Drum & Bass/Dubstep/Electro that include the typical aggressive basslines and compressed drums would be great too, as this kind of music has become very popular during the last years, for example:
DnB with compressed drums
Dubstep with aggressive bass

Unfortunately I have these kind of tracks in mp3 only, so uploads from other people here are welcome.

This is a short sample from the song Revenge of Hell by Root, it's bass driven heavy metal, with quite clear drums. This sample has caused some trouble in my own testing, but particularly for Vorbis.

Two samples from the same album which can give, among other things, surprising results about the stereo image rendering, especially at low bitrates.

EDIT: added a possible more interesting version of Leave it.

It's only audiophile if it's inconvenient.

Part 1 of my 2010 test set as a concatenated file. Each sample is 15.0001 seconds long. IIRC one sample, Velvet/spahm, is not exactly the same as originally listed but was replaced. The sources are all from HA and listed here.

Part 2 doesn't need to be uploaded, except for "Memories" from the Cats musical, which was lost and is attached here.
