New foo_uie_tabs ver or another way to make tabbed panel stack in CUI?

Hi, I apologize for my language, I hope I did not screw section to write my post. 
I'm working on a skin for foobar2000 for use in the car, and I'm looking for the file (foo_uie_tabs) updated.
The older version of this component does not work with foobar 1.1.14 and tells me to contact the author of the file (foo_uie_tabs) for an update.

someone tell me if there a more recent version? or a file that can be replaced to create the "tabbed panel Stach mod" on culumns UI?

I haven't tried this component before, but obviously it's for all-in-one purpose, I use the default column ui tab stack to do this, just go to [Preferences>Column UI>Layout] right click on the layer where you want to add the tab stack and open the context menu, from Splitters choose Tab Stack, and under the created tab stack you can add the panels you wish to see as tabs.
