How can I auto/batch-convert 32 bit WAVs (made by Audition) to 24 bit?

I have a bunch of large Audition .wav files that are 32 bit -- is there an app that can quickly convert them to 24 bit ?  (Audition can do it but it's tedious, though I suppose I could make it a batch process...)

Since it is there in Cool Edit, I doubt  that Audition doesn't do the same.
Options\Scripts& Batch Processing\Batch Run
After you Add the files and Scan them, Options let you choose the output format to which they will be saved.

Or use foobar2000. You can define the output bit depth in its conversion options.

AnalogX AutoTune can do it, but don't use it if they are 32-bit float.  And beware that it works directly on the files without making duplicates so if it messes up, it will corrupt all the files you send to it.  So use copies of your WAV's to test it on.  Be sure to read the instructions fully.  But it is fast.

I use batch in Audition all the time usually to convert the .WAVs to .FLACs or make MP3s for the car. For FLACs I put them in the same folder and delete the source if converted OK. If I just ripped a bunch of CDs there may be hundreds of files to convert but it only takes a few seconds per file. Try it.
