Combining Flac files into one single one with cue sheet

I am new to computer audio and I have an issue with generating a single Flac file from a set of multiple ones from a single album.

It is quite easy to generate a single Flac file with cue sheet after I rip an audio cd. What if I receive a set of of 12 separate Flac files with no cue sheet. My question is how do I combine them into a single Flac file with cue sheet.

Thanks in advance.

foobar2000 can convert multiple tracks to image + embedded cuesheet with "generate multi-track files" converter option
If you are not familiar with foobar2000, then CueTools can do that and even generate separate cue sheets among other things
