Display info for files with no tags

I've now got a bunch of .dts and .ac3 files I play in f2k.  I'd like to flesh out the track info display for them.
Lacking tags, the files just show filename in the track info panel by default.  Is there tagz script that would check for
tags, and if there are none, grab the artist name, year, and album name from the directory structure?  Assume
a track has a path like:

C:/Music/Artist/Year - Album/01 - track1.dts
