Hide menu bar by default, show when pressing Alt key

For DUI: Implement hidden menubar which can be temporarily shown by pressing Alt key (like in Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer).

# Feature: Disabling menu toolbar won't implement
# Feature: Hide the status bar won't implement

i wonder if a "hidden" toolbar is a new take on the idea and might be considered? i doubt it but who knows?

it is easy to just put down "won't implement" but it is much harder to give a good reason for it.

hidden menubars is a new paradigm since Windows Vista so foobar2000 would not exactly break any guidelines by doing so.
And it seems stupid to have to use certain suspicious components to hack that feature in or switch to columns ui.

I rarely if ever interact with the menu bar and if I remove all the other toolbars and only the menu bar toolbar remains then a lot of wasted space will be right next to it.
sure if you have lots of vertical real estate that might not be a issue to you but not everybody has that and some might want a more compact window.

The menubar in common Windows programs isn't just hidden for the sake of being hidden. Doing away with it in a sensible way is a lot of work, and the benefits, if any, may not be worth the trouble.

this is standard in firefox, i love it. keeps the screen tidy and increases the browser window size, even if just by a few pixels.
it's a feature i would love to see in foobar as well.
