Batchenc (modified for all charsets), the powerful audio converter

Several days ago, I looked for a audio converter. Then I found the Batchenc, writed by speek, a free and very flexible Windows front-end for ALL console encoders and decoders.

Batchenc is very very good, but can be further improved. e.g.:

First, it defines the chcp of the "go.bat" file as 1252, that will get garbled when the file name contains double-byte characters and cause the conversion failed.
Now I have corrected this problem! I opened Batchenc.exe with a hex editor which named Hex-Ed, and replaced the characters "chcp 1252" with blank spaces. You can convert all audio files with any file name normally from now on.
Um, I modified the Multi frontend, too.

Second, it remains too many batch files (up to 20).
In my opinon, all the temporary files should be deleted in time. A batch file can be deleted by itself with the command "del %0" at the end. And, the executable programs can remove the temporary files when exit. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to solve the problem perfectly without the source code.

So, I wish to get the source code and make some changes.

As we know, the Batchenc are no longer maintained and the speek's email address has failed. If anyone has the source code, please email me (aries0215 gmail com). I will compliance with the agreement of GPL. Thanks!

Of course, that's a good idea to write a new one.
