Check this

You can also use one of the UI by Falstaff or Foonight/Day by qwertz. If you want to make something like falstaff or qwertz you must be confident of your coding skills. They are using Panel Stack Splitter and EL playlist ,  for the newbie this is a little bit challenging.

Hope it helps

Thank you for the lnk, but i have already tried this and am not able to do so because foo_browser is no longer available, as the author has stopped making fb2k components. I heard you can use Filter in ColumnsUI but alas, i do not know how.

I have looked at their UI's but i am so used to the way DarkOne UI worked, that i want to "TRY" and make one similar to it.

Best way of learning stuff is getting a config you like (Darkone...) and try to change something in that config.

For example, try to change a color of something (for example the now playing color). Search in the code to find the appropiate code, change it, see if it works. Backup your config before doing this of course, so you can revert if you fail.

or try to make it show artist art instead of album art, or both. Go on making little changes and learn from it.

You can use the "Filter" panel instead of "Browser" - The setup is exactly the same, just a different name. Filter is included with ColumnsUI, you don't need additional downloads for that to work.

You should play around with ColumnsUI and become confident with it first.

I would not recommend downloading a preconfigured "skin" as Mar2zzz recommends, until you are AT LEAST confident with panels and titleformatting. You can play around with these in the columns and config of columnsui.

Trying to learn how a skin works with no knownledge of panels and titleformatting in general is a dead race and you are likely to give up before getting anything done! It's a hard way, if this is really what you want.
Can't wait for a HD-AAC encoder :P
