[Feature Req] Set Operations on Playlists

Hi,

It is possible to do the "union" of two playlists simply by copying and pasting the contents of the two into a new playlist.

It would be nice if we could generate the intersection or set-difference of playlists easily. These features would be very useful in managing the media library.

For example, set-difference could be used to physically remove the duplicates from the media library:
Step 1: Start with a playlist A.
Step 2: Create a clone of playlist A, call it B
Step 3: "Remove Duplicates" on B
Step 4: Difference of A and B contains the duplicate items. Delete all items from the "difference" playlist.

I'm sure there would be more uses of such features.

Perhaps you can use the "Edit > Remove Clipboard Tracks" command to do get the difference.
Full-quoting makes you scroll past the same junk over and over.

foo_utils has a context menu command that allows you to remove an arbitrary set of tracks from an arbitrary playlist: Edit other/Remove from playlist/<insert playlist name>.

That is another (main menu) command from foo_utils.
