why do some songs have noise in them?

Like, in a whole album...example, big pun capital punishment..some songs, such as still not a player, have distinct noises in them, at certain samples, like drum samples, old samples, or instruments or such..

I thought it was only old music, but music even coming out in 2010, certian albums, will contain atleast one song with an artifact...

All my music is lossless, and I've compared some of it with online retailers, like amazon and itunes, and in comparision, our songs all have the same artifact...

I rip through eac, i thought it removes these noises? But some still stay...

I thought it was the cd's scratches, yet it's not..

Please  help me understand, this baffles my mind, as these noises bother me so much to the point I almost don't want to listen to the music, is there anything i can do for it?

  I will give some examples...

hear that annoying crackling noise at the beggining, and throughout the song?it ruins the music for me...  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JldVjaU1yJc  Brias interlude, 2009, has noises in it, it seems randomlly all kinds of random music is affected by these noises....  My fugees album, which i have, has songs with noises in them, i do multiple rips, can't seem to remove them..  I've listened to the samples of some of these songs with the artifacts, and their samples don't contain artifacts, so why do these songs have them?  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hWAqfCkIRs  Why does this song have it in the background?  Any help to understand and solve this would help...

Seriously? That "crackling noise" is obviously the sound of worn vinyl, whether due to the music being transferred from vinyl or having the effect added. Most people have some concept of what this sounds like, and hip-hop is quite heavily associated with vinyl, so it's quite concerning that you had no idea.

I had a notion that the crackling is from vinyl before, but as i wasn't sure i didn't make any assumptions, and set out to find out myself...

I know crackling noises is prominent with vinyl's, so lol it makes sense...

But i have a question, for some songs, it only appears during certain instruments or samples, why does it not affect the whole song itself?

I think because the samples are from a recording with noise.

Aphex Twin does this in the song Tha. I used to be annoyed by it but now I've sort of accepted it...
