AC3 5.1 to 6 Mono WAV @ Linux

Hello,

How I can perform this operation in linux:

BeSweet.exe -core( -input "input.ac3" -output "wav\output-" -6ch )

is it possible to do that without wine?

besweet using other libraries? may be its possible to work with them in linux?

either a52dec, maybe mplayer, maybe ffmpeg;
