Have a look at foo_stopafteralbum:

I have a feeling it will play each playlist to the end then go to the one to the right and carry on.

I don't know why but it doesn't work for me. I use 'elplaylist' + 'library tree' in 'panels stack splitter' which includes playlists.

EDIT:
Changed foobar's playback order from 'repeat playlist' to 'default' - that was the culprit. Now everything's just fine. Thank you for suggestion.

One of the available actions is "change plalist"
