Jaikoz Audio Tagger now supports Ogg Vorbis

The title says it all really, Jaikoz (www.jthink.net/jaikoz) nows supports OggVorbis as well as MP3. includes supports for base64 images and multi page comment headers, give it a go and let me know what you think.

I forgot to add the source code for the tagging library is in jaudiotagger (www.jthink.net/jaudiotagger) , which is LGPL
