sample of denormal slowdown in replaygain

Hi.

Does anyone have a wav file (or mp3 file) that causes a slowdown because of denormals in the replaygain/MP3Gain analysis?  (This would be from lame versions that did replaygain analysis prior to the fix that was implemented.)

I've been working on some alternate filter routines and I wanted to check to make sure they aren't affected by this problem but I can't find any files that create the problem.

Or perhaps someone knows how I could create such a file artificially, using Audition or some other editor/recorder?  (I think I need to create a file with analog silence instead of true digital silence but I'm not sure how to do that.)

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
