masstagger?

i am probably just fucking retarded but, i have no masstagger dll in .9.2, and thus no masstagging features, where in the hell can i get the dll from?  i don't get why it wasn't included in the installer...

It was inculded in the installer, but you can choose if you want to install it or not. The option is located under optional features.
Install .9.2 again and make sure that the masstagger component is enabled.
