iTunes LAME

The forums at Blacktree are down but I know many iTunes LAME users frequent HA.

I downloaded the most recent LAME 3.97 b2 for OSX from Rarewares. Can anyone tell me how to replace the current LAME version I have in itunes LAME with this most recent update? Basically, I just need to know where LAME resides on my Apple and drage the newer version there I think. But I cannot find LAME

Thanks for any help!

PS - I need DETAILED instructions.

Right (control) click on the iTunes-Lame bundle in your ~/Library/iTunes/Scripts folder and select Show Package Contents. Double click Contents and then Resources. Drag in your shiny new LAME 3.97 b2 and replace the old one. Close the windows and you're all ready to go.

can u use lame with itunes with a windows pc also?
