How to compile and use Shine?

Could anybody tell me how to use Shine in MS Windows 2000 environment? I use msvc++6 to compile Shine and end up with 51 warnings. Dont know how to generate the mp3 file from wav file.

Hi, I got an executable file, but it just simply close itself automatically after a click on it.

Follow this

Start>Run> type "cmd"

Cd to the directory the exe is located in

You will need to pass it an arguement to get it to work. Try typing 'shine help' or 'shine -help' or maybe 'shine -h'. This should give you a list of good arguements.

baodayok,how to get the executable file?which ".c" file shoud be compiled?

Create a blank console project.
add all .c files as source files
add all .h files as header files
press F7
your Exe is ready

Can someone help me out on this, I need some help getting it to run too, i already compiled it like mathematician said and got the .exe, and also got it to show the options and stuff, but cant get it to encode, i only get 0 byte output files, and sometimes the WAV i want to encoded turns into a 0 byte file also.

any help?
