Output directory?

ok im encoding with LAME and my command line is as follows:
-V 3 --vbr-new --add-id3v2 --pad-id3v2 --ta "%a" --tt "%t" --tl "%g" --ty "%y" --tn "%n" %s %d

Only thing i would like to do is have EAC put all my files in a folder with the syntax of:
%A-[%Y]-%N

A=artist name, Y=year, and N=name of album.

Is ther an EAC setting for this, or is it in the command line?

It is not in the command line, it is under EAC Options -> Filename.

No no, I would like EAC to create a folder to put the extracted fiels into, with said syntax above.  I can not find an option to do this... when i was big into the musepack scene i had it setup to accomplish this.... It however has escaped me how i had set it up.

Exactly, it's under EAC Option>Filename.  Use "/" to denote folders.
