I made one but there was so much fighting on here about how eaqual should be used that I scrapped it in the interest of community harmony. I could probably re-do it if there's any interest.

As for Shibata`s tools, I am unfamiliar with them. Could someone "enlighten" me?

He wrote a great resampler-the one that the SSRC plugin is based on...

He also wrote superEQ, currently recognized as the best eq for winamp...

Sure, I use Naoki's eq myself. But I don't understand what a frontend is needed for?

I think he wants a resampler for the Sampling Rate Converter (SSRC)

yup...

a. L3M.. am deffinetly interested...

b. yes rjamorim... thats the one.. but no link to a gui
on page.. is there one..?

c. what about my first question:

one that can read the information from a audio-CD from the drive..
info. like: master volume, peak level`s, chanel balance,.. ++

just a smal gem/util. instead of having to use a mastering app.
(i belive most master suites.. that exists.. can`t realy
measure the #. right.. without recording the track first..
and that signal goes thrue the sound card...
ergo.. pointless...)
