Got Speex ACM working with Netmeeting!

I managed to reg the Speex codec with Netmeeting and got at least one mode running. Most of the modes probably won't work yet, but I hope Chris Buchner will get this going, as I think the ACM codec is making a bit of trouble for the other modes.

If you want to try this out, drop me a note with email addy.

You might as well post your method here, since I am sure a lot of us are quite interested in getting this feature to work.

Well, I wrote/modifed a small app. But I cannot upload to this forum and am too lazy right now to up it onto my web-space (because of anti-leech it requires more work). So in the meantime email would be easier for me.

So neetmeeting with speex confirmed modes: 8kHz Q3, 16Khz Q4 and Q5 MONO

Also working should be: 8kHz Q4 and various 32kHz modes.

What doesn't work: 16kHz Q3

Thanks, it works. I thought I was only supposed to install the Speex ACM codec to get it working in netmeeting, though. It's a little bit trickier than that apparently.
Gonna try it in a real conference soon

Edit: BTW, [a href="http://darkav.de.vu/]here[/url]'s DarkAvenger's website.
