single track APE album, lost CUE

Ok, so.. I ripped a few of my CDs as a single track and encoded them with Monkey's.. only, me being the bright lad that I am, lost the cuesheets.  So, my question is what options do I have to break these down to tracks now?  Or are there any besides decoding the single wav and chopping it apart manually?

You can get the cue sheet using the CD and EAC.
