Cannot convert audio files with Asian languages!

I've been trying to convert some wav files into various lossy and lossless formats, and none of the frontends for any of the formats lets me convert files that contains Chinese or Japanese, and it really pisses me off. I listen to tons of Asian music, and even though I can play them with various players, I can't convert them except in Windows Media Player and itunes. I tried all kinds of softwares like CDex, EAC, various frontends for Monkey Audio, Musepack, FLAC..etc. My foobar2000 won't convert anything, period. Gives me errors saying cannot start (whater)encoder it is I chose (yes, I have all of them installed.

Please help me. I'm about to have a heart attack here!

EAC does not offer Unicode support at this time.

For Foobar2000, see:

Here is a Japanese Language Pack for CDex:

I'd suggest giving NJStar Communicator 2.51 a try. They offer a free 30-day trial.

NJStar Communicator adds Chinese, Japanese and Korean (CJK) read/write functions to your English or any western Windows. There is no need to install a separate Chinese (Japanese/Korean) Windows any more!

I've been using NJStar for years, but it doens't help with encoding Asian language files. I managed to get foobar2000 to work last night. I'll try the other links you gave. Thanks!

dBPowerAmp converts unicode just fine.  I use v.11, but I suspect that v10.1 might also work.
