How to stream into Speex?

Maybe I want to make Radio using speex (for speech only). Which software allows to stream into speex ? Like Icecast2+FB2K+OddCast - for Ogg Vorbis, and for Speex?

I think some French guys have been able to put Speex in icecast. Also, there's a java streamer that supports Speex too. Maybe others, I don't know.
