Yawn.  Wake me up when they make one that doesn't use flash memory (64MB is pretty useless to me), and that I can buy here in the states.  Also, are you sure it can play iTMS downloaded songs?  "an updated version of the same Advanced Audio Codec used by Apple's iTunes Music Service.... The player can also handle regular iTunes-generated AAC files and MP3s. The AAC Plus songs are DRM protected. "  That doesn't necessarily mean that the DRM system is the SAME as that used by Apple.  "Some 100,000 tracks are available, but only to UK users."  I don't think iTMS songs are only available in the UK, no?  Also, "O2 doesn't say what the encoding rate is, but it claims a typical song will fit into a 1MB file. That song offers the same level of audio quality as a 3MB MP3, O2 claims."  Oh my, 1MB per song?  HE or not, I think I'll pass on this one. 

BTW, Nokia already has a phone out that can play AAC files.  (not sure about HE)
