Is there a way to convert 6 mono chnl. (DTS) to 2 chnl. stereo in Audacity?

I have a dozen WAV files (2.6GB total), that is from a Blu ray audio disc.  When I open any of these WAV file using Audacity, it shows 6 separate Mono 96000Hz, 32 bit float chnl., and if I export them as FLAC, the software see each chnl. as DTS file and export them in 6 different FLAC Files.

is there a way to export these 6 separate chnl. as 2 chnl. stereo file?  if not, what else can I do?

By default you should get stereo but you probably won't get the "correct" mix down.   If you are already getting 6-channels with Advanced Mixing Options you should be seeing a dialog box that allows you to choose the number of output-channels, and you can select which track goes to which.   The interface seems a little tricky but you can click the boxes to change which track is "connected" to which output-channel.

Here is some documentation about the standard mix-down formulas.  The center and rear channels are reduced by 3dB.   (Note that the LFE is not included...  The surround channels contain
 all of the "regular bass".)

You might get clipping when the channels are summed (mixed) so I'd recommend exporting to 32-bit WAV (which can go over 0dB without clipping) and then re-import and normalize before exporting again to your desired format.  Or, even if you're not clipping you'll probably want to normalize the stereo mix.

P.S.
There is an Audacity Forum.

exactly where is this dialog box? "that allows you to choose the number of output-channels"?

because there is no options to highlight all 6 chnl., so there is no way to export.  If I export, I only export 1 mono chnl. at a time

Why not use foobar2000 with "Downmix channels to stereo" DSP to downmix prior to using Audacity?

When you enable "Use Advanced Mixing Options" in "Import/Export" preferences, then after doing "Export Audio..." you should get the dialog to map project's tracks into the output file's channels.
