Any way to display all playlists in a directory?

I'm using the Columns UI. It's amazing. I've got my set up almost perfect. I was wondering if there's a way to display all the .m3u8 files I already have created in a directory somewhere within the UI? That way I don't have to use Explorer for anything and can do everything all within Foobar. I have the "Playlist Organizer" plugin, but that doesn't seem to (unless I'm misunderstanding) have a way to show all existing playlists on disk. It just lets me make new ones. I could drag in each playlist and make one, but that would take a long time. Plus I'd like any changes made to be saved back to the playlist. My library path that I set up already includes the m3u8 directory. Is this some functionality that already exists that I've overlooked? There's a ton of UI features esp. in Columns UI so it's quite possible this is something I've just glossed over.

Only recently this was made possible with Playlist-Manager-SMP script (a great amount of work by @regor ) for Spider Monkey Panel. It loads external playlists (.m3u8) and keeps them in sync with any changes you make, amongst many other features.
