Reinstalling after PC reset - skin that used to work doesn't anymore

I use this skin:

Now, I've never been able to make it light coloured - it just ends up looking the original dark version while keeping the new buttons - but at least it worked:

Trying to reinstall after resetting my PC however I get these error messages, with the playlist tab not in the far left as it's supposed to be and my playlists out of order and some of their contents incomplete:

I've tried every way: from dropping my previous app data folder into the new one and the "themes" folder into the main installation folder (as instructed by the modder), I've tried pasting my previous app data into the new one and the previous main folder into the new one, I've tried not overwriting while doing so, I've tried simply installing the skin first and then importing my playlists and configuration, I've even downgraded the foobar version as the error message indicated the components might no longer work with the latest version, yet nothing works.

Could anybody lend a hand here?

I installed a Microsoft Visual C++ package the component with the error needed and it seems to be alright now, however, the content of some of the playlists have disappeared and the waveform looks different, I'll keep fiddling with it to see if I can fix that but if anybody knows why that might be the help is welcome.
