Use Foobar in Win7 Shortcut form for a new radio station

My first post in here so excuse any errors.
I want to use Foobar as in the sample in the screen shot.  That is the shortcut form for a shortcut in Win7.
The whole text will not display in a screen shot.  That Target looks like this:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\foobar2000.exe" http://audio-ogg.ibiblio.org:8000/wcpe.ogg
(which is theclassicalmusicstation.com)

I've run into a problem making this form for http://ancientfm.com/#listen-now
where Ancientfm loads and displays a newer screen to select 'listen now' button

Foobar gives an error 400.  How can I duplicate what works for the sample at C:\

?
