I'm embarrassed to ask this

I've not been here for a long time and recently have gone back to serious music listening with foobar2000 freshly downloaded.
I've been trying to install / activate the Dolby Headphone Wrapper, which I already had on my pc, but I downloaded it again just to be sure it hadn't degraded.  So far so good.  (Downloaded of course from the official Components page.)

I've followed the instructions from the DHWrapper page, but each time I get to the "Configure selected" part, I get this message:
Status: Invalid DLL: required functions missing

I have linked to both the full zipped file as downloaded (in the pc folder to which I saved it) but also the actual .dll file extracted, the one that reads foo_dsp_dolbyhp.dll
I used to be able to load up components easily, but clearly I keep doing something wrong this time -- what is it?!  It must be something so elementary, that's why I'm embarrassed to even ask the question, but I'm stuck

Thanks in advance for help with this.

When you are configuring the DSP component you need to pick the actual Dolby Headphone dll - usually called DolbyHph.dll. It can't be made available together with the component as it's commercial software. Since you have had it working you probably have the dll somewhere on your harddrive bundled with some piece of DVD playback software or similar.

Thanks very much Case, I'll check that out.  The problem is that I have a new pc, and the old one suffered a crash and I had to do a clean Windows (10) reinstall, and one of the things I stupidly hadn't backed up was that file, I thought I had, but I hadn't.   If I have to get DolbyHph.dll again, if it's not at the foobar site, where could I find it (meanwhile I'll do a web search myself and if I find it, I'll post the fact here within the hour).

So it was easy downloading the file, but I've added a composite screenshot to show what happens when I try to install the file.   It's there when I look via Windows Explorer, but foobar2000 doesn't seem to see it!   ???

The file in your downloads directory is a compressed zip archive. Windows hides file extensions by default but the icon shows this. Right click it and extract. Or double click and drag the real dll out.
