Smart Playlist filters

Man, I love this SW! iTunes & Traktor are my main software. I'm not 95% sure I'm going to migrate my playlists from iTunes to foobar2000.

iTunes is getting very stale. Nothing is happening with it.

Q. I've looked around on here to see if I could get an uptodate answer but is it currently possible to create smart playlists based on other playlists with additional filters (Like how you can do in iTunes)
Probably possible with some component if not natively?

Something like: %playlist% HAS newsmartplaylist

I've already got playlist folder view sorted with this: http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_plorg so one step closer to chucking iTunes forever (after 15 long torturous years).
