No, artwork is not supported in VBS you are using, but in above linked thread you can find info how to get there if you want it.
With VBS, you can get waveform image, that hypothetically works with waveform seekbar, but I doubt that waveform seekbar can be set to work like that, so it's pretty useless feature, (at least to me)...

Just download the linked program from previous thread, and browse the help file (you don't even have to download it if you don't want: help). You can use same approach as explained for any soundcloud stream regardless of program used for generating the playlist.
One drawback is that you'll have to go up/down with your cursor to instruct foobar to refresh the artwork for current playing track, and I guess that's the shortest way

SoundCloud switched to json and script not work.
Do it is possible to fix it?

Thanks for informing me.
Unfortunately, that's impossible with VBS (unless you make json parser) but I'll try to update linked executable if it's not much trouble (I'm mostly on Linux now, not that I praise it) and report back.

May I ask you guys, if the script was updated and is working now, so that users can listen to soundcloud music via foobar2000 ?

I have working Python implementation, but it needs compiling for people w/o Python.
I added this in my todo (port to IronPython), and will let you know hopefully soon.

Also to mention thanks to Luigi and updated m-tags component, soundcloud streams show nice in waveform seekbar like if they were local files ;)
