Upgraded to 1.1 of EAC and now can't create folders

Due to a replacement PC I have downloaded the latest EAC (1.1) and Lame.

Previously when I ripped a CD it would create and place into a folder the music in the form of \my music\name of band\CD title. However now it doesn't do that and just places them into the root of \my music.

How do I configure EAC/Lame to create these folders as well as save the track title, track number, and year, please? Previously it would save as mentioned above and save the filename as track title.mp3 with the other details embedded in the file.

I'm using Windows 7.

I just want it back to how it ripped previously but it reports invalid argument (or words to that effect) if I use the old "string".

I have had a look via google but couldnt find anything relevant.

If you upgraded from a version prior to 1.0 beta 2 the placeholders have changed.
